If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. Refused reimbursement. I also sent a complaint to BBB of the same issue. My cat received treatment from June 2022 to August 2022 totaling 1234.39. They denied until vet sent records dating all the way back to 2013 when they were previously Pet Plan USA. With $350 annual deductible, and then 90% reimbursement, that comes out to 795.95. They then reviewed all the information my vet sent, and only reimbursed $108.91. I called the cancellation line to cancel, but they said they would work with me, so I didn't at the time. I called again about only being reimbursed 108.91 and didn't hear back, I am owed 687.04 and if I had known, I would not have continued the policy, and was charged 86.24 for period Sept to Dec, which I would like a refund. When it was Pet Plan USA, they would've sent the reimbursement check within 5 business days. Note: this was not verified as they require uploading very sensitive documents such as driver's license.

Barely get reimburse for vet expenses…
Barely get reimburse for vet expenses and we are paying almost $250.00/monthly for 2 dogs. Other insurance covers most expenses vs ASPCA almost minimal reimbursement.

BEWARE!!
BEWARE!!! If you're lucky, they will pay out. They will do whatever they can to prolong or not pay out at all. It's been two months since I filed a claim. They kept telling me they needed more medical records from my vet. My vet sent them everything, and pets best was informed several times, then I received an email stating they denied the claim because my vet failed to send more records, there are NO MORE RECORDS !! I was more stressed having insurance, then just paying my vet out of pocket. Pets Best is a scam, they had no problem taking my money!! I canceled my policy, and next stop is BBB.

Fast Wellness Reimbursement
Just signed up for Health Insurance and the Wellness Plan mid Nov 2022. A week later, I ordered $150 in supplements under the Wellness Plan. My purchase was reimbursed on the day I submitted my documents. (Realistically, I expected to have to wait a week!) On a side note, prior to signing up, I read the plans and associated documents. I also called 2x and talked to helpful and transparent folks from Many Pets. They helped me become a more informed consumer and influenced my decision to go with Many Pets.
