Happy surprise!
My dog became very sick and had to be rushed to the ER vet. He was diagnosed with HCG and the bills to treat him were extreme. I was worried it would be a battle when I filed my claim but it wasnt at all! It was so easy and painless and I received payment very quickly! It was such a relief after such a stressful sitaution. I am so glad we signed up for this, I will never go without it and I have had several friends follow suit for their pets. Thanks again!

I have had a policy with Nationwide for…3 Years
I have had a policy with Nationwide for my dog immediately after I got her at 3 months old. The Policy runs August to August annual. I made a claim for her Simpatico in Sept-22 when I purchased 6 months worth and submitted my claim for the 2022-2023 year. So in the Spring I need to purchase it again, I found that purchasing a 12 month supply would save me some money. I submitted the claim, but was denied because I have already received my reimbursement for that 2022-2023. I was told to resubmit once I renewed my policy for the 2023-2024 year. Once I made the payment to renew the policy Nationwide flagged the claim as a duplicate. I contacted them explaining that it was not a duplicate because you never covered any portion of it on the 1st claim. Since it is for a 12 month supply, I am now within the timeframe of having this medication covered under the renewed policy. They stated that they go by the invoice date and not the quantity or period for which this medication is taken. If I would have been told this when I spoke to them about the denied claim that they would not be covering ANY of the EXPENSE. Then I might have questioned their business practices then and taken my business elsewhere. Extremely disappointed in how this situation had turned out. Definitely shopping for new insurance next renewal.

Our 2.5 yo fur baby had a seizure out of no where. Because of Fetch plan we were able to get him a MRI and Spinal Tap without any concerns. This allowed us to rule out a tumour and auto immune disease. Miller is healthy on anti seizure meds which is also 80% coverage.

My pitmix had a torn acl and needed knee surgery. A had fetch insurance but never had to use it. I spoke to customer service and they were very helpful. Explained how to submit my medical bills through the app. I had a $500 deductible and 80% coverage. I submitted my bills and within a week I was reimbursed. Thank you
