Easy process and updates along the way is appreciated!
To submit a claim was easy through the app. It also provides expectation (i.e how long the process takes, don’t call before that time frame, and info on what to submit). I appreciate that Fetch sent me updates during the process (so I am not wondering that my claim got lost/ignored . Once approved I received direct deposit which is fast and convenient. Although I only received $34 out of $668 bill, the calculation is correct according to my policy and i already anticipated it. Overall smooth clear and good experience.

Very difficult to communicate with this…
Very difficult to communicate with this company when there is a problem. The app does not always receive your claim. They asked for an email instead but said claim was blurry but the requested supervisor was able to read it. I eventually received my request. Each of the claims I have made was delayed for some reason.

Beware of big premium raise after first year
Very satisfied with level of coverage. The claims process is fairly easy and review is pretty quick. The amount of approval and reimbursement was surprising! Everything was really terrific, until I was informed that the policy premium was increasing from about $950-$1250 after only 1 year. My dog doesn't even have any serious or chronic issues. So, for that fact alone, I can only give 1 star.

We have used Pets Best insurance for our mini golden doodle for several years. He will be eight years old in January 2024. I have been very impressed with the ease of filing claims and the prompt response from the company. I have had reimbursements directly into my bank account within days after filing

Takes forever to pay claim
Takes forever to pay claim. My claim for a small amount was submitted on 7/13. I had heard bad feedback on PetsBest being delinquent on paying claims. That is so true. My deductible is $250. Claim was for $400. I was not going to file for the claim initially but decided to test their service by filing a claim. Sure enough more than 30 days and still claim status shows as processing. PetsBest should be ashamed of themselves. They deduct premium without fail. If this is their service for a smaller $ amount claim, can you imagine how much delay they will cause if god forbid I had high $ amount claim? Please stay away from PetsBest

There is no email to contact that I can find anywhere. I’m working during the calling open hours. I need to cancel my plan because my pet died before the waiting period was over. I have no need for insurance and there is no where on the app to cancel.
