Figo really let our family down
Figo really let our family down. They go out of their way to not pay on your claims, even going against what the treating vet has documented. Our vet was so upset she even contacted them directly and they still won’t pay the claim. Do not waste your money.

They are there when you need it most with sick pets.
My experience with Pet's Best has been great. The turn around for the claims I've submitted has been very fast. When I've called everyone I've spoken to have been extremely helpful. I am so happy for this help as I have multiple pets that have had illnesses, and I couldn't afford to pay out of pocket for expensive vet bills.

Errors led to delays in reimbursement
Insurance end date was input incorrectly by customer service, so my claims were denied after a month of processing time. After I called to have my end date corrected, it took another month to be reimbursed.

Worst pet insurance you can purchase
Every claim I tried submitting they tried to say was a pre-existing condition or that it was not covered, but it was always covered before. They will do anything to get out of paying you for legitimate claims for your dogs Illness and their last months they had left the meds they required to stay comfortable was consistently denied.. I think is a horrible way to treat a long time customer for 12 years.
