On line portal is the worst
On line portal is the worst. Can't sign in most of the time service not available. Been trying to change my coverage for 3 days.

Great company, great experience
I can’t say enough good things about this company. We’ve been with Embrace from the time we picked up our sweet puppy almost 13 years ago. Our dog had many health struggles during his life. These struggles were easily maintained but it required annual blood work and X-rays, as well as daily medication. Embrace covered these expenses no questions asked. Towards the end of our dogs life he developed Congestive Heart Failure. This required an overnight stay in an emergency hospital, ultrasounds, EKG, seeing a heart specialist, and many new medications. Because of Embrace, we didn’t have to worry about the financial cost to save our dogs life. Embrace covered all the bills, specialists, pills, etc. Because of the treatment we were blessed with 11 more months with our sweet boy. This company does everything they promise. Claims are easy to file and pay outs are quick. You can track everything from their app. If you are considering pet insurance for your animal please look no further.

Well, the customer service operator I got told me the system was down so she couldn't pull up my documents . But she told me to send the last invoice for My Ginger Gentry in the EMBRACE app: Send Documents, which I did Last Friday after speaking with Brittany. Very nice, personable .

Very Helpful Member Experience Associate
Spoke to Kelsey this morning about the process for filing a claim when not having medical records from vet office yet. She was very helpful and explained the different ways I can file a claim with only having invoices. It's nice to know that I can still start the process of filing a claim despite not having the medical records yet.
