One my second Fetch puppy policy after a year
I have Fetch for one puppy for a year now, and have had a positive experience. I am now starting another policy for a new older puppy I should have home in a few days. I expect to have to the same relatively easy time with this policy as well. One criticism is that the wait time on the phone is a bit long!! ;-)

Worst experience I’ve had customer…
Worst experience I’ve had customer service wise and run around on getting claims through. We were hung up on and denied a second review. At this point I would never recommend pet insurance to anyone. We had a true emergency which is listed as covered from the moment you purchase and denied even with two vet letters. It’s a joke!!!! To not cover that I don’t think they really cover anything. Owner of two Great Danes.
