If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I have paid thousands of dollars in premiums over the years, and I have been trying since November to get them to pay me a $50 claim. First they told me the claim was incomplete. Then they kept talking about a different claim, no matter how many times I told them I only cared about this one claim. Then they kept asking for more information and more information no matter how many times I sent them the information they kept asking for. Eventually, I wrote to their CEO and complained. The response I got was from the claims department telling me that my claim was incomplete. This is the most horrible company I have ever dealt with in my 77 years.

Easy to submit invoices on line; for future reimbursements I will use direct pay (which was also easy to set up). What’s not to like? One hopes they never need to use insurance, but it is a blessing when your animal family gets ill.
