Well, I was happy with the customer service rep. But after talking to some dog owners I may be able to get it cheaper. I will keep it for now , if its turns out to be a good investment I will keep it for sure.

Efficient and seamless!
The turnaround time is about excellent and the way to submit a claim online is so quick and efficient. My only suggestion would be the option to have the process completed while at the vet. For example, the claim could be filed at the time of the appointment and the customer pays their portion of the claim and Trupanion pays their portion and there not be a need for reimbursement. Removes a step and an upfront out of pocket cost to the customer.
