I've never had or used pet insurance…
I've never had or used pet insurance before. I have been thrilled with the coverage I am getting. I did purchase the Platinum Plan. This year has put me and Spot Pet Insurance to the test. So far coverage for my 18 month old English Bulldog, Mayzee has been great. Glad I made the decision to get coverage on by sweet girl. I feel they have definitely taken care of both of us.

Super-easy to use; regular refunds in a short time
The platform is super easy to use. Just upload receipts and send. You will have a reply in a few days, and any money that's due back is in your account in days. If I hadn't taken this insurance out when I did for my puppy, I would have had to pay for a lot of treatments (unfortunately) on my own.

No help with a mistake on YOUR end!!!!
I love the paybacks!! What I DO NOT like is when I first signed up I signed up for the $10,000 dollar plan. I was put on the $5,000 plan by mistake and NO ONE in the company would help me to change it!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I picked the $10,000 plan for a REASON!! Now I am stuck paying out of pocket until June 2024!!! VERY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
