Great insurance
Great insurance. Easy to submit claims and follow their progress. Getting reimbursed is pretty quick, two weeks at most. Great customer service if you have to call. Very helpful and pleasant customer service reps.

Seek Alternative Options
While I am sure Spot will say their policy clearly stated in the fine print that claims had to be submitted within a certain amount of time, I recently had the majority of my preventive care denied. Essentially, I wasted the money spent for the past 10 months on my preventative care plan. I am currently seeking an alternative company for renewal and would urge anyone reading this review to seek a different insurance option.

I've had Embrace for almost 5 years and…
I've had Embrace for almost 5 years and finally had to use it. The processes couldn't have been any easier. I went to their website and uploaded the vet bills from an emergency service with my pup. They processed my claim in about a week and sent me a check. I couldn't be happier not having to worry about providing my pup with the best care due to expensive vet bills. I got Embrace to help with emergency situations and that's exactly what they did.
