Easy claims process
The process to submit a claim and receive reimbursement was very simple and straightfoward now that everything is electronic and can be done online. It is no longer needed to bring phsyical forms to the Vet office for claims. I submitted a claim for my cat's ER visit and had my claim processed and the reimbursement sent back to be in a week's time.

I really like the company and what they…
I really like the company and what they have to offer. The thing I don't like is having to pay for service ahead of time that is supposed to already have a credit amount. I understand the money is reimbursed but I feel the deductible should be like that, not the rest. Other than that, I like the rest so far.

4 years in, nothing but good experiences
I've had insurance for my dog through Pets Best for about 4 years now, and I have only good things to say. About 1.5 years after taking out a policy on my dog, she started developing mast cell tumors. She had to have two tumors surgically removed and an additional invasive stomach surgery to check on a severe digestive issue, all within about 5 months of each other. The vet bills were hefty, but Pets Best covered their share of 90% of the bills with no fuss. My dog continues to receive quarterly check-ins with a vet oncologist, and Pets Best rightly counts those expenses towards my deductible, also with no fuss. Gives me peace of mind. Unless something dramatic changes, I'll be keeping Pets Best insurance for my dog, and using them for future pet insurance policies.

Submitted our first claim in August and…
Submitted our first claim in August and continue to get the "Sorry for the delay" message. Times like these, when funds are tighter, its hard to shell out big bucks for vet care and have to wait weeks for a refund, yet they don't hesitate taking their premiums. Not sure what else I think of this insurance.

Awful Experience - Will never trust this company going forward
This insurance company is a complete scam. During the introductory trail my 8 1/2 week olde enlgish bulldog got sick (phenomena), to the tune of thousands at the emergency vet hospital. The trail was suppose to cover to max of a thousand dollars which would of helped. Although after 2 months of claims, forms, re-submissions and reassessments I'm tired of fighting with them. They wouldn't cover anything ! My dog is now healthy and happy again. I'm only glad I discovered this now instead of paying insurance premiums for years into a insurance product that refuses to pay during a stressful situation. I feel bad for some of the other reviewers that were years into there coverage to discover this. If your considering pet insurance please shop around to another company, the last thing you need during an emergency is the stress of dealing with a terrible insurance company.
