Extremely happy with Spot!
This is the first time I’ve bought pet insurance for a pet and I am so impressed with how straightforward and easy it was to process my claims after my puppy went into anaphylactic shock recently. Of course I would have spent whatever it took to save him - and he’s fine now, thankfully - but when the dust settled and I remembered that I had the insurance, I submitted my claims online and in less than a week they were processed and paid. If only human health insurance worked as smoothly as Spot Pet Insurance! I would recommend them to anyone.

Healthy Paws goes Above & Beyond!!
When researching pet insurance I knew I didn't want it for basic pet responsibility (check ups, flea and tick, vaccinations, etc. etc) In my opinion, those costs should be considered when you are thinking of getting a pet. I wanted insurance for the emergency and unexpected moments. So when my dog was considered critical for a bladder blockage and my vet sent us to the ER immediately, I knew this was going to be expensive. After a successful surgery to remove 50+ bladder stones, with 1 stuck in her urethra, she still would not urinate which had her hospital stay extended a few more days. All I kept saying was thank goodness we have Healthy Paws Insurance. The financial stress that would've been added during this time was eliminated. I love that you pick your own plan; choose your deductible, and your splits...and payment is ALWAYS SUPER QUICK! If this doesn't convince you enough to chose Healthy Paws for your pet insurance, how about them emailing me afterwards to check on Bailey!!! What insurance company does that??? I highly, highly, highly, recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!!

I will never be without PetFirst again!
I'm so glad I purchased insurance when Mandy was a puppy. Unfortunately, at 1 1/2 she developed her first Mast Cell Tumor. Since that time, we've maxed out our $5000- insurance policy every year. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Met Life is very easy to work with-filing claims are a piece of cake, and when I've had to connect with them, the staff has been extremely accommodating! It is so well worth the price even if you never need it-it gives great piece of mind! (I've never had to file a claim for my older lab, almost 7 years of age (and hopefully never will). The price is not as expensive as you might think and well worth every penny!
MetLife is a win for me!
I have had the most seamless experience with MetLife, from the original signup day right through claims. The app is easy to navigate, within 48 hours they let you know they are reviewing your claim & within 48 hours a decision is made. Within 2-3 days you have your money. I have had experience with other ins companies that simply took my premiums & never covered anything. I’ve been pleasantly impressed with MetLife’s pet insurance plan.
