I received paperwork in the mail today…
I received paperwork in the mail today for my 3 pets that I enrolled. But it did not include info on the wellness plan that I opted for as well. I would have like to have gotten more info electronically right away after enrolling, in a easier to understand right away how the policy will work and how claims are made. Its a lot of money.

Horrible Customer Service
They are horrible. Everything is a preexisting condition, and they do not cover for anything, and when you call them they do not even try to help you. Waste of time. Waste of money

I learned a lot as to how to better guide the administrative personnel at my vet to provide additional information that explained the claim and how to ensure that future ones better reflect the situation.
