I have nothing but positives concerning my experience with Embrace during the entire process for Abby’s CCL surgery and rehab. The app is easy to use, communication is excellent, and payments are quick. The worst pet insurance do not sign up
This is the worst pet insurance company. Six months after signing up for this insurance company my 3 year old German Shepard was diagnosed with Panus, a rare autoimmune disorder. Pet best has denied every claim we have sent them for erroneous reasons. We have sent them letters from our veterinarian and all documentation request and have still never been paid for any claim. Find a different company and do your research.
