What’s not covered

Pup was born with 1 kidney, colitis and has chronic gastritis. His primary renal med isn’t covered. It has herbal components to to it so they do not cover it. W/o it his renal functions tank. For colitis prescription diet not covered. Yet the OTC for gastric conditions are

🐈 I’m sad because I had to put down my baby girl Hazel she was a great cat I had her for 14 years of love and I still hear Hazel in my house meowing in the Connor of my eye I can see Hazel sometimes. I want to thank ASPCA they were so good to me one phone call and all they said was sorry for your loss we will take care of everything. Three days later my money was in my account. If I ever get an animal again I would definitely get ASPCA Pet Insurance god bless them they were so good to me no I meant great to me Thank you all so much 🐈🎃

Everything got solved fairly quick

My 8-year-old domestic long hair cat had emergency surgery for intestinal obstruction, we started healthy paw plan in 2020 and this is the first time she needs to use it. To be honest, I'm happy with their process speed, my claims got solved in 10 business days. They did request medical history so I suggest keeping all the records even if your pet is healthy.

ZERO star

ZERO star! We wanted to change to a new address and they raised the rate from $60 to $80, which I understand. I replied yes to raise my rate. THEN, Jennifer said because we didn’t respond within 24 hours, so $80 wasn’t valid anymore, and now the new rate is $114!!! She didn’t tell me $80 was only valid for 24 hours and didn’t require me to reply within 24 hours. They almost doubled the price within two days! The new address is in a smaller town actually, and they raised the rate twice in two days! Why? I called them and wanted to talk with Jennifer, but she’s NEVER EVER available for a month! I need an explanation of why they raised the price for two days. Also, if I don’t reply within 24 hours again, will Manypets raise the price for the 3rd time?? If I don’t reply in time again, will they raise for 4th time? What’s the top of raising the price within a week? 7 times raising in a week??
