Not Like Any Insurance Company
Okay, I don't write many letters to hardly anyone. This anomaly follows your out-of-this-world claims processing. I have worked in the allied medical field for three decades. This produced an abhorrence for the insurance companies involved. They are in the business not to pay. I'll stop there. Today my lovely-lady had her distemper shot (no cheap comments) and doing fine. I sent the claim in at 3:53 PM EDT (ON A FRIDAY). The claim was closed at 4:33 PM, FOURTY minutes later and payment made to my lovely-lady's checking account. I want to shout it from above, insurance companies CAN do things right. I'm beyond amazed. I'll be telling this story for a long time, it's too good to be true!
