Claims are not processed in 2 days.
I did a lot of research and they stated that claims would be paid out in 2 days. Here we are a week later and nobody has even looked at my claim. Now they say claims are processed in 12 business days.

Support took a week to respond to a simple question that was not in fact answered! My request was sent by email and should have been responded in a maximum of a couple of days. Auto generated responses do not count. If you have an online service your support should reflect that level of service! Update: Thanks for the response to my Trustpilot. Wow only an hour... Kind of my point!!

Healthy Paws is great!
I couldn't be happier with Healthy Paws. The coverage and reimbursements they've provided have exceeded my expectations. Filing a claim is very easy and the customer service is outstanding. As a mom to a Frenchie, this is incredibly reassuring. I highly recommend using them!

Problem with my name spelling on initial application.
This an approximate date. When I first signed up for pumpkin, I spelled my name wrong when I filled out the information. I contacted customer service via email, and they corrected my name and sent me a very friendly email back. This makes me feel that pumpkin is very responsive to customers.

Great pet insurance company!
Unfortunately our 2 yr old pup had a mass cell cancerous tumor removed and needs chemo treatments. MetLife has been great with answering coverage questions and paying claims very quickly. Wish I took out a larger premium but glad I have some insurance. Who knew I'd need it for cancer treatments!
