Been with pets best for 3 years now and it’s ridiculous how the monthly cost goes up ever year. This year it went up $35 a month and that’s a joke. There excuse was well your dog is a year older. Going up $3-4 a month I can deal with that but $35 is a joke. They also take forever to do claims. I would recommend to find another company. Now they respond and I can’t respond to there remark. A premium going up every year is a joke. I didn’t even hit my 200 deductible last year and it went up $35 a month. Pets best is a scam I wouldn’t recommend them.

Grateful doesn’t even come close!
I cannot say enough about how grateful I am for ASPCA pet insurance. When we brought home our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel at 8 weeks old, a friend who is a vet tech recommended ASPCA insurance, and we purchased it literally the day after we brought her home, even though she was seemingly healthy and perfect. She’s still perfect, but she does have seizures, which started when she was around 7 months old. Thanks to ASPCA insurance we were able to say yes to all of her bloodwork, hospital stays, MRI, spinal tap, medications, rechecks, and prescription food and not worry about the cost. She is our baby and I honestly don’t know what we would have done without insurance. The claims process is simple and direct deposit is wonderful. Additionally, the premium does not go up based on your usage!! They only base it on breed/age/etc. After filing thousands of dollars of claims, I was terrified to open our renewal notice. But it is only going up by $3 a month!!! Thank you thank you thank you for taking care of my sweet French Fry. I have donated to ASPCA my entire life and I will continue to do so.

Unsatisfied customer.
Called for physical address could not reach anyone. U should still have the option to choose payment and not only be able to do electronic transfer. Your 24/7 hotline did not pick up when called so what’s the use of that option. I had several issues of not being a satisfied customer at this point, may change my mind if payment option changes.

Excellent Coverage
Glad to hear Trupanion would work with me to get coverage for my Brinkley. Ease of registration. Coverage for the life of my pet and direct pay to my veterans.

They took 4 MONTHS to payout my basic…
They took 4 MONTHS to payout my basic claim. For which I have paid over $200 in interest fees on my credit card. Don't use them!!!!

ASPCA insurance is a great value. They process claims quickly. I looked at other insurances but non match up to what ASPCA covers.
