You must have either paid for the good reviews or had employees post them It’s four months of phone calls and messages Still no check Bogus. Please report them to Department of Insurance and banking If enough of us do they will investigate

Horrible do not use them
Horrible do not use them! They do not pay for your claims, when used the chat feature to update address the representative did not inform me that it would affect the premium cost. it increased by 40/month when told her to change it back to the original address and undo the address change they increase it again by $20/month. The supervisors don't care they say that they cant change it is the way it is for the policy and the representative should have notified me when changing the address, so their lack of training on their employees is now my problem. poor conflict resolution they don't care about the clients they just want to be paid and increase your payments.

I recommend that everyone on here who was filed a terrible review with this terrible company should start a claim with the department of insurance and banking against this carrier. They will then have to investigate them.

An Amazing Pet Insurance
We have been using Trupanion for years. They have been wonderful about covering unforeseen illnesses. They've saved us thousands of dollars on our pitbull Nola and now our 12 year old chihuahua Basil. We couldn't be happier with their Customer Service and support, especially when Nola passed away at 16 years old. We were amazed she made it that long, but it was because we were able to provide her with the medical care she needed knowing we had Trupanion on our side.. They are like family.

Depending on who you talk to
Depending on who you talk to, you might get a straight answer. My representative doesn't seem to listen or know the company policies, so had me doing the run around and paying for extra vet visits. Extremely upsetting.
