First-time Figo customers!
I have had another insurance company for more than 15 years. We just got a new puppy and decided to give Figo (through Costco) a try. So far, so good! I submitted a wellness claim from our first visit, and it was processed within hours of submission! It was a very easy process as well.

I needed to share that my monthly…
I needed to share that my monthly payment went up by $68.00 for November 2023 from October. If I had not looked at my statement, I would not have known, they stated an email was sent two months ago which I cannot find anywhere, again my hands are tied, not a good feeling. Extremely high increase and I am not able to change due to it affecting, Daisy the dog, pre existing conditions -my hands are tied. So disappointed in this company. Check your bill monthly!

Spot has been wonderful !! This is the first time I’ve used a pet insurance, I always thought it was a joke.. I wish I looked seriously into it with my two other dogs… it would have saved me thousands and put our minds at ease when stressing over the vet bills. So I decided to get Spot pet insurance this time around with the new puppies ! I looked at a few and found Spot to be the best fit for us. I tell everyone I know and meet about Spot… …It’s Very simple to put my claims in and get reimbursed in a very reasonable amount of time. …I had a couple of questions with a claim and the customer service team was so sweet and helpful. I recommend that everyone on here who was filed a terrible review with this terrible company should start a claim with the department of insurance and banking against this carrier. They will then have to investigate them.

It’s been four months since our claim was filed At least one phone call per week since June 2023 sometimes several calls a week Keep getting the run around The infamous line ”The Check is in the mail” or we canceled the check and reissued it I’ve asked to have it sent certified mail I have asked to have it escalated I have asked o speak to a manager etc… I am initiating a claim with the Department of Insurance and Banking against this Insurance Compamy Horrible Do Not Use MET LIFE PET Insurance My reviews will be shared on my Social Media pages We are still waiting for payment. Ironic you have gotten our monthly payments on time though
