Great to have this for my young horse!
Easy to apply for! Here's to hoping I don't have to use it, but it's nice to have the reassurance that it's there if I need it for my young horse :-)

Did not receive some adequate and informative information concerning the begin date and end dates. Why is there an installment fee? That is a rip off.

Christopher was very helpful on the phone. He listened as to why I believed they made a mistake on my latest check back for my Ferret’s Dr. Bill. He explained why. I needed more information from that particular Ophthalmologist like I received before. I understood and he’s going to fix it. TY Christopher. Lorrie

Not super impressed
Not super impressed. Submitted receipts for a couple of smaller visits and they take the 20% copay out of smaller bills and then apply the rest to deductible. So your $500 deductible is really $600. Might be a good deal if you have a larger bill up front, but the “math isn’t mathing” in regards to deductible on smaller bills. We will see what happens as the year goes on, but so far not a fan.

Worst Company Ever
When our dog was young, all was OK. Now she's older, they won't pay for anything, and the rates are up 50%. They used to be really good company, but the last few years have become complete garbage. Save the 160 a month and pay the bills yourself. Will save you half.
