Trupanion Pet Insurance - Look Elsewhere
I’ve been with the company, insuring my pet for almost one year paying over &60 a month. I have spent approximately $1000 in vet bills, and they have found every excuse to not reimburse for claims. Dropped them and signed with Fetch. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Fetch Pet Insurance instead of Trupanion.

Customer for Life
I've been a customer of Healthy Paws Pet Insurance & Foundation for over five years for my growing family of animals. During that time, I'd (fortunately) never encountered any situation where the support of Healthy Paws was needed. A few weeks ago, one of my cats became very ill, very quickly, and upon arriving at the emergency veterinarian, I learned that he needed surgery to treat an intestinal blockage caused by the sudden onset of a condition called intussusception. After two surgeries and five days in the ICU, I was blessed to get my little guy back home, safe and sound, and he is currently fantastic and back to normal, making a full recovery. I was prepared to spend whatever money necessary out of my own pocket to ensure that my little guy received the best care he possibly could, not knowing whether Healthy Paws would honor the claims I would submit. This thinking was influenced by stories I've read about other pet insurance carriers, as well as personal experiences with human health insurance carriers. I ended up spending north of $15k on his care, which I would do again in a heartbeat. Healthy Paws honored ALL of my claims, reimbursed the maximum to which I was entitled under my particular coverage, and did this within a few days of my submission of these claims. The direct deposits cleared within 24 hours of the claims being processed. Each claim was incredibly clear about what would, and would not, be reimbursed, and there were no surprises whatsoever. When speaking on the phone with Healthy Paws representatives to answer questions I had, the team was incredibly kind, compassionate, responsive, and helpful. I am so thankful for the support of the team at Healthy Paws Pet Insurance & Foundation during this time and the peace of mind they've given me, and the support they've provided to ensure that my animals can receive the best care possible when it is needed. I will be a customer for life.

My first year - GREAT SERVICE
I am very pleased with my first year dealing with Embrace Pet Insurance. Customer phone service was very helpful The claim process is easily managed and quickly expedited. I also found the rates very reasonable compared to others I researched.

Sending claim and APP issues
sending in a claim could be easier. Picking of hospital or vet is dragging. Picking a diagnosis is very limited. Choosing a pet should be defaulted to your pet (if one only). As for the app on phone, does not work all times. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still problems. I have to now do it thru my base computer.

You should avoid this Pet Insurance…
You should avoid this pet insurance like the plague. I got plans for my two Yorkies, Rex and Macie, and they denied all 3 claims for Macie due to ‘existing condition’ excuse. Complete and utter BS as this was the first time we took Macie to the vet and then a neurologist due to her front legs giving out while walking. We did take her, previously, years ago to have her hind legs examined. I called this morning (10/18) and got the run around. I finally had enough and told them to cancel both of my plans. Typical insurance company in America; take your money and then find any way possible to deny your claim. This world is great… DO NOT use Spot for your pet insurance.

Spot Insurance 10/10!
I really enjoy Spot Insurance!! This is my first time with a pet insurance and I was not sure what to think about getting it. My first claim was processed within 5 days and I received more than I expected when it came to my reimbursement. I appreciate how fast they processed the claim and I would recommend Spot to anyone that has a furry family member.
