The representatives are very good and helpful. The telephone service is terrible. It is almost impossible to reach anyone and this really needs to be corrected

Joining Trupanion was very easy
Joining Trupanion was very easy. I simply filled out a short form answering general questions about my pet selected the coverage I wanted and set up my payment for it. I couldn’t be happier knowing my fur baby is covered for all her health accidents and sickness just as I am. Thanks Trupanion for helping me to make that important decision.

A life saver. We couldn't be more greatful.
I have been paying my premium on my healthy cat for years. Sometimes wondering if I should use the money elsewhere. A few months ago my cat was diagnosed with diabetes. Trupanion has literally saved her life and ours. They have made what could have been an even more stressful time so much easier. Every time they cover her medication or medical supplies my husband and I want to cry we are so relieved. Honestly, when your pet is new just get coverage right away when they are healthy. You never know when an illness could come along and Trupanion will be a life raft in an open sea. Thank you for taking care of my family Trupanion.

I had called 5 other companies. I was very unsure when I called. But Madaline's cheerful and professional manner and her pleasant voice answered all my questions and then helped me fill out the application on the phone. She was great. I told my daughter about her and she called back and bought Trupanion from Madaline as well
