The representatives are very good and helpful. The telephone service is terrible. It is almost impossible to reach anyone and this really needs to be corrected

Joining Trupanion was very easy
Joining Trupanion was very easy. I simply filled out a short form answering general questions about my pet selected the coverage I wanted and set up my payment for it.
