Mixed experience
Communication from Spot is good and the customer service representative (Rachel) was great! However the sign-up process was difficult since I had to juggle back and forth to find out prices for one or two cats and still didn't understand until checkout. I didn't realize I had to register until I got an email. And when I went to register, I had no idea of my number and the website told me that wasn't my zip code, which of course it was.

Very informative and polite
Very informative and polite. Double checked a few things for me to see if it would be covered. This is a bit pricey for what I’d like, but w a 90% reimbursement and the most items covered. I’m giving it a whirl!
