Last claim was refused I’m appealing it I went through this last time that my puppy was never aggressive explained it was hormones and at 8 months old he was neutered has been fine since then we dealing with a medication stated for anxiety that was dealing when my pup found a family member in a pool of blood and alerted all cameras He is fine with no anxiety explained it’s a temporary situation and with medication was given to him Now it’s being appealed for the claim on 12/2/2022 Aggression never existed as I had argument was on 11/20/20 was only5 months old he’s a lab mix And a mush Otherwise never had a problem And I’m truly otherwise very satisfied Thank you Lisa matis

Stay away from this insurance because…

Stay away from this insurance because they are the worst.Claim submitted in November 2022 still pending because they keep asking for the same records over & over for serval times. Be careful with this insurance charging thousands of dollars with your credit cards.They use preexisting condition to deny almost every claim. You will be stuck paying this bill for years to come. We got sick of their misleadingly confusing reason to deny almost all claims that we canceled then a week after our dog got sick & bills closed to $8K so they dodged another claim to deny to pay. We tried to give it another chance thinking maybe some will get covered. In the almost 2 years I’ve been with this insurance they never paid any of my claims. We took our dog 2 months ago to the ER & submitted the claim $3k & took 2 months as usual it’s denied. They take 2 months to review claim even through all the records are all provided only to deny.
