Very good Pet Insurance to purchase
Very good Pet Insurance to purchase. This insurance company paid my claim promptly after I submitted the requested receipts/documents. This review was given prior to my pet’s cataract surgery, before they penalized me and changed my policy amount. His surgery was in September 2023. So, I hope your pet won’t need major surgery, because they will change your policy at renewal. Thanks

Huge monthly rate increase!
Huge monthly rate increase, went up by 28% after one year. We all get insurance for the purpose that there is an emergency. What is unexpected is a 28% rate increase. Not even car insurance raises that high in such a short period of time!

New to SPOT
First off my payment was not retrievable but I was unable to figure out why. I ended up reprocessing the payment and hope that the next payment does not have any issues. I am not yet able to give a fair rating until I take my pet to a vet and see how the reimbursement works.
