Too complicated
I have had pet insurance with a different company prior to choosing Embrace and honestly I wish I had insured my cats with a different company. I find Embrace so complicated, more work than I have time for to manage my cats insurance. I had Healthy Paws before And I may return to them.

Really low refund on claim!
Trupanion didn't cover a big portion of the claim for whatever reason on top of the deductible. Very disappointing, especially after paying over $ 100 a month for our dog insurance!

Signing up was was straight forward and easy. Extremely affordable prices which is much appreciated. The only thing I would suggest is going more in depth on what the 90% of coverage covers upfront when signing up.
