It's like they don't trust the customer
It's like they don't trust the customer. File a claim and it could take weeks to get approval. Last claim I filed, they asked for the Dogs history all reports not just the one I filed and all Doctors records including notes.

Your policy may be bought or sold
It seems fine but my policy which was originally with Prudent pet insurance was sold to Spot pet insurance. I picked Prudent for a reason and should have a say whether I’m ok or not for my policy to be sold.

Recently signed up my new puppy - Clover
Recently signed up my new puppy. I’m very happy with how fast the claims process is! I figured with a new puppy I’d be spending money on veterinary costs anyway. This just gives me peace of mind that some of the puppy costs are paid over time and not all at once. Would definitely recommend Spot!
