I have had Trupanion for my fist dog for the last 3 years. I purchased it when he was 1 so some claims were tagged with "pre-existing" conditions for large breed dogs, I initially thought I was flushing my money away. However in the past 6 months he has had cruciate knee surgery, which would have cost me a small fortune. Thank goodness I have Trupanion. They paid directly to the surgeons office saving me a lot of stress and financial burden! Thank you for allowing pet parents to care for their babies and not have to worry about cost. Thank you for listening compassionately to appeals and not immediately denying. We are so very pleased with Trupanion!
