Amazing call
I had to make a call to check into my policy and the gentleman I spoke to today was amazing. We got talking about my dog and what was best for her. He treated me with such kindness and respect during this difficult call about my dogs surgery . Highly recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance!

Horrible service and coverage
7 claims laps in time by over two months. 1859.92 Refunded 2 claims of 104.90 You actually can not talk to a real person. They use artificial Intelligence chat boxes to be their relay between Fetch and you. If you do ever get through they ask you the same questions that you told the robot. Always wanting more information and documentation you have already provided. What a business model. Take in more money than you pay out. Sad to say we gave them a year of poor service.
