I was not sure if I chose the right insurance Company for pet insurance. I was a little skeptical. My dog got sick and I had to take him to urgent care, it was not cheap. Submitting the claim online was so easy and it was approved in no time. I am very happy with it and will stay with Metlife. Thank you.

Helpful customer service, quick claims processing, and for once dealing with insurance I didn’t feel like I was getting screwed! My pupper received critical care and is recovering fantastic and I don’t have to worry about being able to afford her care!
