This was our second claim on this dog…
This was our second claim on this dog this year and the claims process was much better. I am assuming this is because Embrace has already received all of the dogs medical history and verified that she is health through her records and Veterinarians. The first claim was a nightmare and took forever to resolve. Not satisfied to this day.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Cleo's Mom Kelsey from Fetch. Kelsey actively listened to me and empathized with my Service Dog Zeus. She even offered to expedite my claim review so that Zeus could have his next cancer treatment before Christmas. Amazing Customer Service

Trash company
Trash company, had a policy for well over a year, they refused to cover an ear infection citing having record of it happening the year before during a time when I had coverage through their company. Claiming a routine minor illness is a “preexisting condition” canceled immediately. You should know before you sign up that if you do not maximize every dollar of a wellness plan as well it costs you more per year than they cover.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Pets Best! They process claims quickly and efficiently. When my puppy had a medical emergency, it was important and so comforting to have the 24/7 pet helpline to help decide what to do and where to go. I can't recommend Pets Best enough!

Took a long time to process my claims…
It took you 29 days to process my claim. I had to call twice. A week apart both times. Every time they told me "we don't know what's taking so long". I even asked if there was anything I could do to help. They said call back at 30 days and we can dispute the claims to see what is taking so long and magically the day before the 30 days the claims were finished. I understand you're a busy company, but I pay a lot monthly for this service and I would just respect timely service in return.
