Stellar service and communication
I signed up for Many Pets after a friend highly recommended them. I have a puppy and purchased the insurance, plus the wellness coverage. I submitted my wellness claims, which was very easy via their website. I received an email within minutes that my claims had been received and were pending review. A few days later, I got word that both claims had been approved. I had the reimbursement within days. I am very happy with the communication and service, thus far. I would definitely recommend them to other pet parents.

Great Customer Service!
Kelsey Middleton was incredible! She was KIND which is so hard to find these days. I am going through a very stressful situation with my dog right now and Kelsey was extremely compassionate and also very thorough in her explanation on how to submit claims and what to do for his upcoming procedure. Insurance for pets is a necessity
As a Field Trial team there was always the possibility of injury in our sport and I took out insurance on Tundra just in case. Fortunately Tundra finished his career as an Amateur Field Trial Champion with out any major injury. One evening while relaxing at home, Tundra started to show signed of discomfort and less than two hours later he was in severe distress and showing signs of a bloated stomach. A quick trip to the ER was required.. Needless to say this illness is very serious and could cause death. Tundra has fully recovered and is back to old self. The treatment cost many thousand of dollars and without the assistance of Tundras insurance I would be financially devastated.
Don't plan on keeping your pets insured with them
I purchased pet insurance for my 2 dogs. I was not told that the premium would increase and after 1 year both premiums went up. I asked why they were increasing so much and I was told it was because they were seniors now. I had to get rid of the wellness package but decided to keep the regular health insurance because the person I talked with told me it would not increase again. After paying the premiums for a year they doubled the premiums on one dog and increased it on the other. I never had a claim and because they lied to me I wasted my money. It's better to save your money and not give it to them. When your pets age they try to get rid of them.

Trupanion is the best decision I've ever made and the most loving choice I've ever made for my boy. 5 out of five stars. Never a hassle. Extremely compassionate. Extremely helpful. Extremely fast in either reimbursing me or paying the hospital directly. You cannot go wrong.

Embrace is Tops
I haven't had to file a claim yet but I want to say that my experience with customer service, with signing up and with the company's willingness to listen to me when I thought they'd made an error in the review of one of my cats medical histories has been excellent. Staff are friendly, cordial, professional, more than willing to help and knowledgeable. So far I couldn't ask for more.
