Good experience so far!
So far so good. I was able to speak with a customer service agent quickly, who answered all my questions about the policy before purchasing. I was able to then easily submit a claim for a wellness appointment for my cat right away. The direct deposit was quick and I was not hassled about my claim. Looking forward to the peace of mind I’ll have with a Spot policy!

Over the past 13 years
Over the past 13 years, rates have been reasonable. The sudden increase in my rates makes no sense and is wildly unreasonable. I've been an avid supporter with nothing but good things to say, but this gouge has ensured I won't be signing up any more animals with trupanion.
