Worth every penny

My experience was amazing, Rebecca sent me a message a little after I did my quote on line asking if I needed any help and offered to call me to better explain the difference in the plans.She was so sweet and helpful you could truly tell she loves what she does. She was able to get me the best plan for my fur baby at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company!!!

Website and app is easy to use. If you need support on a claim the staff are helpful, professional and great to work with. Unfortunately I had to file claims for my puppy and they were processed immediately with no issues. Great Service

No hassle claims, fast and caring response
I called Trupanion when Maggie was diagnosed with Bronchitis, which eventually progressed to Pneumonia. The Trupanion customer care rep was sincerely caring about the situation particularly because Maggie is older for a BMD. Since I was having issues with the website she helped me with an alternative path to submit invoices. The claims have continued for several months and are approved within 24 hours. Amazing really particularly as compared to human healthcare hassles. We're hoping Maggie is finally coming out of the woods and happy to have Trupanion support to defray the costs.
