When I tried to share my documents on line with Trupanion .. it was very challenging .. I called the operator for Trupanion and they said it will take up to 30 days for my claim to go through and it easier for the vet for it to do it. So I asked my vet and within hours I got a response from Trupanion. I called Trupanion what the best way to claim. It seems like they forgot to tell me just to go through my vet for the vet to send documents.
