I have been so happy with Met Life. It's easy to submit a claim and it is processed quickly. The emails from them explain the payment and how the claim was processed. I got this insurance when I adopted a 13 year old kitty from the shelter in March 2020. She developed a lot of issues and needed daily medications. I just had to put her to sleep the 2nd of January. A very sad day. I received a beautiful card from Met Life. They are very caring staff. I can't say enough good things about them.

I have a 3 year old corgi and bought pet insurance when I brought her home at 8 weeks. Up to then, I had always been leery about what pet insurance would actually cover. I have been delighted with coverage, ease of filing, and promptness in receiving reimbursement. I highly recommend Spot Insurance.

We chose Trupanion and at the present are extremely pleased. Although I did not read the waiting period and our puppy’s vet doesn’t carry them we feel at ease. Our questions are answered immediately by professionals who are pleasant and knowledgeable. As Senior Citizens we know our little guy, his future is secure. Our plan we picked is perfect for us. You cannot go wrong, anything you don’t understand call them, they are great.

Trupanion Great
I have been paying my insurance premium for the 10 years that I have had my 2 cats and submitted my first claim for the current medical condition Oct 2023. At the time customer service could not have been more helpful in leading me through the submission process and responsive to all of my questions. All aspects of my claim were handled in a very timely manner. For a recent repeat of the same medical condition I submitted my claim immediately and within 24 hrs it was approved and settled with a detailed claim summary. Cannot ask for more service than that!!!

Our Nationwide Experience & Bruey's Story
My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about Nationwide Pet Insurance. We have used them for the past ~2.5 years since we got our Bernedoodle doggie, Bruey. Any time we had a question or submitted a claim, we always received top-notch service and genuine customer service. Before I delve into Bruey's story, I wanted to recognize Carl Hymer who helped answer several of my questions on a claims related topic. Carl was very professional, kind, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable. He was also patient and a great listener. That type of quality service goes a long way and is remembered by customers. Carl was a great representative of Nationwide. Save your money to avoid huge surprise increases as your pup ages
We were with Fetch for ~8 years and the last two years saw an insane increase in premiums (over an additional $100/month this year alone to total $300/month…). They had been decent with good customer service and quick repayments up to this point. When I called to cancel, seems I’d been reassessed and put on a “claim tier”, so basically because we claimed a number of things and my dog was now deemed higher risk the premiums skyrocketed? Save your money and just put a set amount aside each month as needed - no surprises that way! Very disappointed.
