Easy to input claims. Most of my cats claims were approved. Lost one star for the amount of increase after a claim.

First-Time Pet Insurance, Now Fetch Forever!
Two years ago, we adopted the sweetest kitty who immediately became an essential member of our family. We’d never had pet insurance before but, on a friend’s enthusiastic endorsement of Fetch, figured it might be a good idea. It was the best idea: our young cat turned out to have major unforeseen & rare respiratory issues. Every vet appointment we go to, knowing we have Fetch on our side has been an enormous relief. We don’t dread when they give us an estimate; we don’t have to choose between getting our sweet girl the vet care she needs or keeping a roof over our heads. Fetch’s claims submission is straight-forward & simple - so simple, the first few times we used it I was anxious at how little we had to do, but the seamless experience quickly put me at ease. Just get the medical notes & invoice from your vet, & Fetch processes the coverage within the week. Fetch’s quick, thorough responsiveness has been a literal lifesaver for our cat, & a financial lifesaver for her humans. We’d never had pet insurance before Fetch. Now we’d never again have a pet without Fetch on our family’s team.

Not Recommended for Shelter Adoptions
Last summer, I adopted an adult cat from a local SPCA. I signed him up for Spot Pet Insurance thinking I was being a smart cat guardian but the first several months were awful. Spot claimed that the vet was refusing to answer their calls but the vet's office denied that Spot had ever made contact. I began collecting the vet's medical notes myself and submitting them directly to Spot. Spot continued to deny all claims because they wanted several years of past medical history and documentation -- for a cat from the pound! Not too many rescue pets come with medical history! If they don't cover shelter adoptees then they shouldn't be taking my premium payments. I was ready to cancel my policy and mentioned to them that I was going to submit a complaint to my state Insurance Commissioner. Suddenly, they started paying my claims! Since then, they have processed claims within a week and have paid for everything except for prescription food. I decided not to challenge them about the food because I was just so relieved to stop fighting with them. Not recommended for rescue pets because of the nonsense about requiring medical history. I now have another rescue cat and will use a different provider for her pet insurance.

This insurance is the best
This insurance is the best. After reviewing other insurance providers I found Fetch met all my needs. They are excellent at responding in a timely manner and find their APP to be user friendly. I would recommend them for anyone looking for insurance for their pets.

Takes care of their customers
I am very grateful that the Humane Society recommended fetch insurance over the others when I adopted Walter. Fetch has been incredibly straightforward and easy to use. What’s more, so is that they practice what they preach and took care of me the moment I needed to use their services. I’ve already submitted my care claim and a hospital claim. I’m very grateful in knowing that Fetch took care of us during our time of need.

First yr - no issues
Thank goodness our dog did not have any health issues this year, so we did not need to use the insurance. Sign up for insurance was easy. The premiums are reasonable. Uploading documents is easy too.

Good Experience, Just Needs A Little Improvement
This insurance has pretty good coverage and a wellness plan if you’re interested in that. My dog has been with Fetch for about 3 years now and no major issues with them ever. However, the process has been taking a lot longer lately (although they send emails/texts notifying you that they’re taking a while so at least they’re communicative), their app’s UI can definitely have some improvements (i.e. not being able to find claim info easily, having to dig to find how much deductible is left), and there was one time that they’ve declined a claim and I’ve had to have the vet explain in more detail for them to approve which was a hassle. Customer service has always been friendly however, and I’ve had no issues with them ever.
