Enrolling your pet
The CSR team members could not have been more helpful when I enrolled my cat on January 17, 2024. Julie answered all of my and my husband's questions regarding the deductible, monthly premium price, waiting period for accidents and illnesses, as well as making it easy and convienient to deduct the monthly premium payments from my bank account. I spoke to Amber on January 29, 2024 and she was very helpful and knowledgable in going over everything again, and also helping me with switching bank accounts in time to make the February payment. I was concerned that because our cat is four years old, that he would be ineligible to have health insurance. Trupanion is the first pet health insurance company that will write a policy for a dog or cat up to the age of 13 years old; and, that's for the Life of the pet. That's why I would encourage dog and cat owners whose pets are not past the age of 13 years, please look into getting them enrolled in Trupanion.

You Can't Go Wrong with Healthy Paws!
Our beloved 12.5 year old Golden Retriever Katie Rose has had a number of medical issues over the years - especially in the last year as she struggled with tremors, seizures, and collapsing on stairs. We have engaged a rather large team of Vet specialists, and, with their help, we have finally found some answers. During this challenging time, we really appreciated Healthy Paws responsiveness to our claims. They have been and continue to be a great partner in her health care. We would be experiencing significantly more stress if we didn’t have Healthy Paws there to helps through this financially.

Excellent Pet Insurance Company!
We have had Pumpkin as our pet insurance provider for our two Chihuahuas for a few years now, and we are so glad that we chose Pumpkin. One of our Chihuahuas, Wyatt, broke one of his toes on his paw, and it was an extensive and long healing process (6+ weeks). Pumpkin was there every step of the way for us. Pumpkin’s representatives were so kind, friendly, and compassionate to us. They paid all of his claims promptly. We really appreciated them. They also have paid claims and assisted us with our other Chihuahua, Ambrose, when he has had an illness here and there. Our previous pet insurance company was second rate compared to Pumpkin, and we are so glad we made the switch! Thanks Pumpkin! I highly recommend them for your pet insurance needs.
