Loyal service for loyal customer
I’ve had Trupanion insurance for my dog for 12 years now and they are the best. They pay within 48 hours of my submission of a claim. My dog now has a chronic condition and I am benefiting from the deductible being per ailment and not per annum. All related visits and expenses are covered at 90% with just a one-time deductible and a super quick turnaround and directly deposited into my bank account. It takes a lot of the stress out of having an older dog.

Cancer - they saved his life!
I've had three dogs insured by them. One was diagnosed with cancer in 2020, and without healthy paws pet insurance I would nto have been able to afford the treatments. They saved his life (and mine!). You don't think about health insurance until you need it. The best time is to sign up today to lock in the best coverage you can afford. Trust me, over the life of your furbaby, you'll be glad you did!

My dog passed recently from colon…
My dog passed recently from colon cancer. I wanted to get insurance because I know his form was aggressive and wanted some peace. After multiple medical trips, I sent in my receipts. I waited almost a month just to get told, NONE of my claims were covered because they were preexisting. Almost 2k in bills and I didn't even get a dollar back. They said it was cause of pre existing conditions and that's not covered which is malarkey. I get it's a business but we need to have some humility and care in our hearts but no. I do not recommend going to them at all. There are better and cheaper. I'm but one person but this experience has forever tainted their reputation. PB sucks.

Best Pet Insurance...so far
Many Pets has been so awesome! What's really nice is they give you a break when it comes to pre-existing conditions. Meaning after so many months not having any issues, they wipe the slate clean and it's no longer pre-existing. Cooper has been doing well with not having to go to the vet for his allergy (pre-existing) issues. The customer service is the best I've ever dealt with. and I've been with a few other plans. So YES!!! on "Many Pets" they are in my book one of the best Pet Insurance companies out there!!!
Quick and Receptive
Spot has been receptive and quick with our submitted claims. They have kept emergency vet bills lower for us and it has been worth the coverage for our cat!
