Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, patient and very kind. They took the time to explain everything to me and walked me through the entire process, offering tips to make it even easier. The whole process was very streamlined and quick. The app is very easy to use. This was money well spent for what we received. Double knee surgery
I can't say more about Pets Best Insurance. They not only provided coverage for a genetic issue but they paid the claim within a week after submitting it. The app makes it super easy to submit claims. I am so happy with them that I convinced my aunt to get insurance for her pet. This is a great company. I am used to people insurance and thought they would pre approve the surgery. That gave me a little cause for concern, that there would be some loophole the company would find to not pay me, but I was completely wrong. They went above and beyond to get me reimbursed quickly.
