I’ve been a member for a few months now…
I’ve been a member for a few months now and finally had to use it. I put in a claim after taking our dog to the vet and it was completed within a week. I have coverage for 3 animals and Spot is the most affordable by far. Love the communication and the coverage just in case!

This company is a hit or miss
So far this company is good for my dog but not for my cat. Every time I send in a bill for my cat, it’s not covered but when I initially contacted this company, the agent on the phone helped with creating both policies. I will be cancelling my cats policy when the time is up.

The customer service people I talked to…
The customer service people I talked to were super friendly and nice, but still my claim has not been taken care of. I also sent my dogs medical records to your email 3-4 and haven’t gotten one response. And so I reached out to my pets dr office and asked them if they could respond to you because you were waiting on the records to be sent over and my vet office said that you haven’t reached out at all to them for anything.. so I’m a bit confused. And again my claim is still I. Limbo.

I called and spoke with Rebecca (in Dallas). She answered all my questions, helped me figure out the perfect coverage for Athena and not once did she ever try to “push” anything on me. She even ran all cost scenarios to help with the budget I picked.

Be Aware 40% increase every year
New Customers, BE AWARE!! Rates went up 40% at first year renewal. No details to why, just that they see this increase every year and it happened to all customers! Which is BS, because you go online and the rates didn’t increase for new customers. Isn’t insurance regulated like regular health insurance? Embrace does this, while other carriers follow state guidelines which can only raise their rates if they do it for all.
