I've been with Trupanion for 10 years…
I've been with Trupanion for 10 years now. In that 10 years I must say It was the BEST DECISION I EVER MADE. No one should ever be faced with the tragedy of having to not be able to give your fur babies the care there need because of financial difficulties.😪 Truly believe when you own a pet we have a responsibility to care for them they are family AT TRUPANION THEY KNOW THIS THEY CARE I HAVE NEVER IN 10 YEARS HAD ONE PHONE CALL WHERE I WAS NOT HELPED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT EVERY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IS KIND CURTIOUS AND WILLING TO DO WHAT IT TAKES TO HELP THIS COMPANY BENDS OVER BACKWARDS TO MAKE SURE YOU FUR BABY IS TAKEN CARE OF THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. I found them unfortunately after I experienced both my dogs with situations beyond my control One with continuing seizures as she got older and another one with Lynthoma cancer Both of them passed away 11 months within each other. I never wanted to ever have that happen to me again because of financial situations.MY VET recommended Trupanion I looked up other insurance companies, they have out there They offered you things like shots and free office visits etc...Wellness visits., That doesn't count. To me those things, a part of owning a FurBaby. It's all the what if's and God forbids I like what I read and what they were offering. I signed up with Trupanion 10 yrs ago And again, I'll say it was the best decision. I ever made. My dog was 9 years old his name was Snoopy. And when my two dogs Destiny and Skky Passed away. I had Snoopy I swore. I wouldn't get another dog because of the heartbreak. Then like I said TRUPANION came into the picture and I wound up getting a little Chihuahua 9 weeks old because Snoopy wasn't eating Well little Blue change that lol. I decided to sign up cause that was never going to happen to me again. Trupanion. came through for Snoopy In so many ways. Unfortunately, 3 years later I lost my Snoopy to kidney and prostate problems. Trupanion was there every step of the way I am so grateful for them. They never let us down. Now I have blues brother Harley and their protected. So if you're thinking about an insurance company that backs you and pays you quickly and does direct pay at certain vets, this is the company. You want reliability,Superior customer service 24 hr 7 days a week always and I say always. So thank you Trupanion being a part of my family We love you guys you guys ROCK!!! and BLUE AND HARLEY THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF THEIR LITTLE HEARTS 💙💙 Thank you for easing my stress. Recently Blue had situations He's 10 years old now and started experiencing back problems, muscle and nerve pain 😢 ONCE AGAIN TRUPANION TO THE RESCUE THANKS TO TRUPANION'S HELP BLUE IS DOING BETTER IM ABLE TO GET HIM THE HELP HE NEEDS TO FEEL BETTER YOU GUYS ALWAYS PULL THROUGH FOR ME AND BLUE HE IS MY BEST FRIEND AND COMPANION BEING IM DISABLED AND HAVE A MOM WITH DIMENTIA HE MAKE HER HAPPY AND WE LOVE HIM SOOOOO MUCH ...THANK YOU FOR NEVER LETTING US DOWN .....LAUREN TIBORSKY

Never paid any claim
We bought our policy 3/3/23, our pet had urinary tract infections. They never reimbursed for anything. We had 3 claims for urine analysis and they didn’t pay any of them. The reasons on the explanation of benefits made no sense! The last claim filed shows denied because they don’t pay admin fees and was within 14 day of the new policy. This was aug of 2023, 5 months after we bought our policy. Calling in to them did nothing, we will look into it, never heard back. Then after denying every claim, they raised our premium $13.00!

Our dog became sick last week vomiting…
Our dog became sick last week vomiting everything he ate or drank all day. It was a Saturday evening and we have one vet open at that time, the only emergency vet hospital in the county. We had to pay over $1200 that evening for his treatment. I submitted the online claim form and it was approved the next day. The refund was in our account the following day! We are so happy we chose Embrace!
