Life Saver
Long story short, our 2 years old cat Grizzly had 3 ER visits, 1 major urinary blockage emergency surgery in less than 4 months. Luckily we got Embrace insurance when he was 10 weeks old, the monthly premium cost was very reasonable. Embrace website is user friendly and it takes less than 10 minutes to make a claim online. We are so lucky that we picked Embrace insurance. Now, we have a health cat and a happy life.

Downhill experience! App glitches
Raised our rate, aren’t covering vaccines or basic care like they did the first year. Things they aren’t covering isn’t going toward the deductible either. Processing claims takes forever and they do it out of order (maybe so they don’t have to reimburse you??) Looking for another insurance provider for our pet. Also the app is awful and glitches constantly. I can’t see our information at all now via the main screen. (Not even our dog’s name.)
