Because eventhough I I had a little bit of a rough time trying to figure out my first claim for Rosie when I talked to someone they really helped me through the process.

I was also kept informed by email the steps that my claim had to go through and a timeline for when I might expect the claim to be decided. I am not very tech savvy so they were great! Our German Shepherd Sassy needed Emergency Bladder Surgery
Our Sassy (German Shepherd) developed a bladder-ful of stones and needed surgery. While she was waiting for a scheduled surgery she developed a serious blockage and needed emergency surgery. Fetch helped me prepare my claim even before I filed and settled very quickly and without any arguments even though the surgery got rescheduled at another facility. You can't beat for service!
