Pets Plus has been very efficient, professional and supportive. The people answering my questions were clear and kind. I felt supported through the process. At a time when you are worried about your pets health it is comforting to Pest Plus Insurance to financially support the process allowing me to do what is best for my dog.
Healthy Paws Forever
If you need pet insurance and aren’t using Healthy Paws you need to immediately. We’ve been with them for 5 years and won’t ever change. Even when we get a new pup we’ll still use Healthy Paws. Affordable. Great customer service. Quickest claim and reimbursement I’ve ever had. We love Healthy Paws! They even checked in on our dog after surgery. Just the best!

I can’t even put into words how amazing the customer service I received by Chase was this evening. She was so helpful in explaining every detail about insurance for my 6 pups. Chase was so patient and I never felt like she was rushing me off the phone. She was so kind and her passion for helping others showed in every way. She is very knowledgeable and was on point answering all my questions. She truly cares about animals, she cared about my pups! Worst experience
Had insurance for a year, for our dog, then needed to make a claim when our dog needed entropion surgery. Truepanion decided not to cover this even though we had previous vet visits showing no issues with him. The surgery cost around $3300 out of our pocket and wasted a years worth of payments on them. We have been with other companies and had way less to zero issues. If they could take applications from when they are sent in and not whenever they get to them, apparently we wouldn't have had this issue. The way I see it, they don't care about your pet, just that you keep paying them.

I can't tell you how impressed I have been with all of my experiences with Healthy Paws. Our cat and dog have been insured by Healthy Paws for over 5 years. We recently experienced an emergency with our dog which required her to be admitted to the emergency vets for 3 days and 2 nights. The process of submitting a claim was seamless. It literally took only a few minutes to complete. Even more impressively, we received a reimbursement check within days of the submission. If that wasn't enough, Healthy Paws followed up to see how our dog was doing. This business gets high marks in every regard. Ease of use, consumer friendly, delivering exactly what is advertised and finally compassion during a stressful time. Thank you for being there when we most needed you. I have been recommending you to all of our friends who are pet parents and will continue to do so.

Healthy Paws makes everything super easy. They are caring, very responsive to phone calls and emails, made it easy for our veterinarian to upload documents, and quick in reviewing claims. Couldn’t say more good things about them and they have been very helpful to us and our kitty!

Helped cover emergency vet visit
I've had Embrace pet insurance for several years. My cat needed an emergency vet visit. Filing the claim with Embrace was super easy and took about five minutes. The claim was paid within a few days. I'm very happy about how well the whole process went.

Super easy and quick!
I wish human insurance was this efficient! Upload a bill, they review the claim and money goes right back in my account. I would give spot 5 stars for sure except I feel like it’s a little more expensive than it should be. Although I’m not sure how their price compares to other companies.

They will not pay your claim
Please do not use this insurance as it keeps on denying insurance coverage that's not wellness. The bad experience I have: 1. it takes them 24-48 hours to deny your case. 2. it takes them 7-10 business days to review your resubmitted case. 3. they will deny your case and give you a reason that's not even true. They deny my insurance claim twice for the the reasons: 1. unpaid invoice (which is not even true, the vet gave me aN invoice and I already paid) and I did not know they decline it based on this reason until I called try to cancel this useless insurance. I was told by a nice rep to resubmit the claim. I resubmit the claim on FEB 26th, 2024 and after nearly 10 day waiting and got a denial says I have not met the waiting period. I called again and rep told me I did meEt the 15 DAYS waiting period because I bought the insurance on 10.7.23 and my claim was on 1.18.24. I still get denied and at this point. Today is Mar 7, 2024, I fill an appeal and I just want to cancel my insurance because it's no good but headache and time wasted to file claim again and again. my hope is not high that they will do anything about it. but it's definitely not worth so much time invested on filing a claim. I'm losing regardless if they paid my $194 bill. update: 3/8 so not only the reps did not know why they decline me, now the rep emailed me and telling me that it's because my pet did not have enrollment exam or medial records. they issued the policy for me without telling me that it is needed or what I sent initially from breeder (shots and dewormers and such) wasn't considered "the medical record" they should refund me all the money I had paid for the policy if I'm not even qualified to file any claim to begin with!
