Probably the biggest rip off pet…
Probably the biggest rip off pet insurance provider in the world. They make you jump through hoops every claim, then on an $800 plus claim with a $300 deductible pay $70 total claiming they apply a $300 deductible not per year but to each thing your pet was checked for. Previous claim of $600 they paid $50. A complete waste of your money look elsewhere.

Absolute lifesaver!
I’ve been a customer for several years. They always cover my dog’s regular needs, but when she needed something bigger that’s when Embrace really saved the day. It was really easy to file the claims with their app. We received the responses and money, quickly! They were literally lifesavers! I tell everyone to get Embrace, now. My previous insurance wasn’t as easy and didn’t cover half as much.

42% PRICE INCREASE in one year!!!
Customer service representative was patient and kind. However, a 42% increase from $478.97 to $681.54--a $200+ increase in one year is outrageous for a 6 year old dog who has, until last year, had zero claims. For the past 5 years, price increases have been minimal ($20-$50/yr). If I could go to another insurance company with my dog's preexisting condition I would (hypothyroid). This past year was the 1st year in 5 that I have even submitted anything and it was very minimal. I get it--I get reimbursed approx $200 and I get an increase for the same amount. The customer service rep said that my claims were not the cause of the increase. I'm on multiple dog groups and I haven't heard anyone else having his/her rates increased.

The app was very easy to use and also very straight forward. Upon submitting the receipts, we immediately received updates regarding the status of the case and payment was done in a timely manner. We definitely recommend Fetch Pet insurance for a peace of mind and a great service.

I did not know that I had automatic renewal on account
I did not know that I had automatic renewal checked on in my account. I don't automatically renew a new service until I try it out. And more so, I can not find the item in my account to check it off if i decide to do that. It seems like it turned itself on without my approval. Hmmm What's going on with this?

Do yourself a favor and either put the money away each month or wait until your dog gets older to insure them I thought I was doing the right thing by insuring her when she was a puppy to avoid paying higher premiums when she got older. I first started out at $26.36 per month then it was increased each year to $31.42 to $37.29 to $40.32 to $42.34 and never had I claim throughout this whole time then I was notified it was being increased to $59.77 per month. They said it was due to all the other claims they have had to pay out of course not my claims. After the notification I did submit a claim as my dog had had inflammation in her gums and bleeding and because my vet marked it as a dental cleaning they denied the claim. Now why would I have another dental cleaning in February since I already had one in October we all know how expensive they are. So far I paid out over $2000.00 to healthy paws and I wish I would of put that money away instead of paying it to them I’ve had enough I will be canceling my coverage what a waste.

Not Great Service or Experience. …
I have both wellness and the regular insurance. The two wellness claims i’ve had were both wrong (claims were wrongly denied- overlooked covered charges) and took an excessive amount of time with lack of communication from Fetch. All requested info from the vet was provided and the Fetch rep still said they needed more info- there was no more info to share as our puppy only had 2 visits to the vet! I’m seriously reconsidering continuing both the wellness and regular policies.
