Insurance for my Furboy Bruno
Derek listened to my concerns and understood the situation clearly.. directed me to the right department to get the situation moving in the right direction. I was calling from the emergency department dealing with an ongoing issue that had escalated with our pet Little Mister... I'm sure I was blubbling a bit on and on about the situation and he really was both professional but with enough compassion to make you feel like things would get set straight while he was also able to show sensitivity as a human being with an understanding of how much pet parents love their animals.
