Horrible Insurance
I have had embrace pet insurance since our dogs were in our care. As of the past year they have went down hill completely. We have had issue with them paying our claims. they put your claim on hold, then tell you it can't be covered because of something that was in their chart the was a comment or something. if you want wellness that is all they are good for but If something does happen to your pet do not trust them to pay out the bill.

All I can do is share my experience
All I can do is share my experience. My cat Marvin had a urethral obstruction was discharged then was re-obstructed by morning. Both obstructions required extensive and rapid treatment accompanied by a hospital stay. Fetch paid out both claims. Of the thousands spent the only thing they did not cover was $20 of food.

Not Worth The Money
Thought the idea of pet insurance was a great thing until we tried it and were paying hundreds of dollars per month for coverage. Very little was actually covered. We slowly dropped the coverage on multiple dogs and finally dropped the rest when a simple ear infection visit to the vet was not covered......it was considered a "pre-existing" condition since our dog had one a year ago. How is that possibly a pre-existing condition??? The dog did not continue to have an ear infection for the entire year. Ear infections come and go. So PetsBest rep on the phone told us that any issue a dog has had in the past, whether a cold, illness, broken toenail.....is considered a pre-existing condition and is not covered for any instances in the future. I would NOT RECOMMEND getting PetsBest pet insurance.

Overall great company
Customer service is phenomenal. However the company desperately needs to update the app. Being that I have a special needs dog I use it pretty frequently and I am constantly having issues with the app glitching not getting passed certain pages and claims not submitting properly because of it.

I purchased Pets Best insurance for my dogs last year, and if it were not for them, I would not still have one of my dogs today. Their plans are very affordable, and payment is issued in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone

Very happy with Pets Plus Us Insurance
Our boy Frankie is a Frenchie that has Liver issues and has had some pretty expensive vet bills but our insurance has covered mostly everything. We really appreciate Pets Plus Us and highly recommend them.
