Golden doodle mishap… Spot helped!!!
I have had Spot Pet Insurance for a little over two years and have never had to submit a claim… well it happened…. My golden doodle had eaten something and became obstructed. Her surgery and hospitalization was very expensive and we wouldn’t have been able to get it done without having insurance! Spot was quick, easy, and user friendly to submit the claim. And the whole process was very fast!! Everything is straight forward and you know exactly what is covered and what is not. Highly recommend this insurance!!!

Claim money not getting transferred to my account
Embrace said they would reimburse me for 2 claims, but the $ not showed up in my account. I've waited awhile and then was in contact with Claims Dept., and they said they will report it, and it may take another 15 working days. This is my first time getting claims after paying Embrace for premiums, and I am disappointed that it is taking so long to get this solved. It has been over a month that my first claim was granted.
