Awesome customer service
Awesome customer service! Prompt communication! Love the direct deposit option! Only wish they covered anal gland expression. For my dogs that is a medical issue. Otherwise, we have been pleased with this pet insurance.

PetsBest insurance is great
PetsBest insurance is great. Their website is easy to use. Easy to understand. I’m able to upload documents and submit a claim really fast. They advise it may take up to 3 weeks for a claim to be finalized but honestly it takes half that long most times. They are fair and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Life saver
My dog got sick and diagnosed with MUE, scary stuff for us and her. I'm thankful I have Pets Best for these scary times, they made filing a claim easy and informed me right away they received my claim. The only part I feel takes too long is the payout time. Once the EOB is sent I feel the payment should begin processing being that I had to borrow to pay the vet and now need to repay those debts so a fast turn around would be less stressful in a time that I'm already fully stressed. Other than that I have no problems with Pest Best and already have recommended them to several friends and family that have pets.

I submitted the claim and it was processed and direct deposited within 2 days of submittal. Great customer service.
